A return or exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

• Be in its original condition.

• Be returned with the original packaging, including the shoe box and any accompanying packaging or accessories.

• Have no signs of wear, damage, stains, washing, alteration, or use.

• Be suitable for resale in its original condition.

For footwear, we recommend trying the product indoors on a clean, suitable surface to ensure it is the correct size before wearing it outside.

Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Items returned without their original packaging or in a condition that prevents them from being resold may also be refused.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your product for another size or eligible alternative, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
